Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)
This introductory course consists of 8 weekly classes and one half-day class on a Saturday or Sunday. Morning or evening courses are available.
This program includes:
- Guided instructions for mindfulness meditation practice.
- Gentle stretching and mindful yoga.
- Group dialogue and discussion.
- Daily homework assignments.
- Manuals or CDs
- Coping skills for pain/illness
This program is useful for people experiencing:

In a group of supportive, like-minded people, you can create the life of your dreams. Through art, dialogue, writing, narrative, film, and dreams you will reach deep into your core longings, re-member your gifts to bring happiness to the forefront of your life.
